APPLICATION OF ALUMINA HOLLOW BALL
1. Alumina hollow ball and its products are light refractories with high temperature resistance and excellent energy saving. They are very stable in various atmospheres. Especially in the high temperature kiln at 1800 centigrade. |
2, alumina hollow spheres are ideal heat insulation and filling materials for high temperature kilns, high-quality aggregates for high temperature lightweight refractory castables, excellent high temperature resistant, heat insulation and energy saving refractories. It can be used for high temperature, super high temperature insulation filler, high temperature refractory concrete lightweight aggregate, high temperature castable and so on. |
3, alumina hollow spheres have been widely applied in petrochemical industry gasifier, carbon black industrial reaction furnace, metallurgical industry induction furnace and other high temperature and ultrahigh temperature kilns, and achieved satisfactory results in energy saving. |
4. Alumina hollow ball refractory bricks can be used in high temperature and energy saving (> 30%) inverted flame kiln, shuttle kiln, molybdenum wire furnace, tungsten rod furnace, induction furnace, nitriding furnace and so on.
